Mount Claremont Farmers’ Market has been a popular meeting place for locals and visitors since 2007. Situated in the leafy suburb of Mount Claremont, the Market brings together growers and consumers, provides a relaxed meeting place and teaches the origins of foods.
The Market’s stalls tempt patrons with sustainable produce and delicious, locally made products. You can stock up on organic and heirloom vegetables and fresh herbs, just-picked fruits from the orchard, grass-fed beef, lamb and pork, free range chicken, freshly caught seafood, olive oils, unprocessed honey, farmstead cheeses, cultured butter, artisan breads and more! The Market caters for people with special dietary requirements such as vegan, paleo, gluten free and dairy free. Our granola, speciality loaves, natural nut butters, cakes and pastries are so good, you wouldn’t even know they’re gluten free!
We also have stalls offering handmade arts, crafts and jewellery, homewares, natural and organic body products, eco-friendly food wraps and cleaning products, and plants and flowers. We even have nutritious handmade meals and treats for your dog!
Our decked area is popular with breakfast goers. Hot food stalls include bacon and egg wraps, sweet & savoury crepes, gourmet toasties, vegetable gyoza and Japanese pancakes. In addition to hot coffee, there’s also popular Nitro cold brew and a wide variety of raw cold-pressed juices. Kids love our real fruit popsicles and creamy coconut ice-creams.
So grab your reusable market bag and bring your adventurous spirit along!
